Through our collaboration with Britt Carr Interactive Learning, we are developing an online platform for teachers to create custom, game-like study apps for their students without needing to write code. The platform, called SmashFact, is accompanied by a mobile and desktop app that students download. Once students have the app on their device of choice, they import a unique activity code given to them by their teacher. This code imports the teachers' content into the students' app as a game made up of levels and multiple choice style questions. The students race against the clock for points, and proficiency to proceed to the next level.
